As everyone knows, no grass grows under Bart's paws! One just never knows where this boy will head next! Parties, openings, shopping and meeting people...Bart is always on the go in his favorite town of Santa Fe looking for fun! Have you met Bart and made it to his social page? Check below and see what he's up to now!

This Christmas was very special for little Bart. He met new friends and went to lots of wonderful places to celebrate the season with family and visiting friends.

One day he went to Chimayó for the first time. He posed with a statue of Father Roca, the former parish priest who once told his escort, "I am a very little priest and they gave me a very little parish..." He was a delightful man and a wonderful soul who is so well missed! He was so much a part of the Santuario de Chimayó!

The statue is "actual size" so he made Bart look big for a change!

Here is Bart with his Dad, Bob, and new friends Mike and Jean Marshall. Bart had a great time showing them around Chimayó which he had of course researched before his first trip. You know Bart! Ever the first rate tour guide!

The day at Chimayó wouldn't be complete without a little chili shopping! Bart picked out a few of his favorites after a chili tasting at the shop there. He's been searching his cookbooks for the perfect recipes to try with his purchases since he got home!

After the tour of Chimayó came Bart's favorite part of any trip---lunch! He is posing here at The Rancho de Chimayó, a fabulous place for a New Mexican meal. Bart loved the green chili stew!

Bart's favorite weekend in Santa Fe finally arrived--- Spanish Market! As always, his escort and he headed to Sage Bakery for breakfast on the patio. After his tummy was full of their incredible organic scrambled eggs, he headed to The Plaza to catch up with his old buddies and meet some new ones.

Jerry Montoya is one of Bart's favorite artists, though it's hard to pick a favorite with all that talent! He led his escort to one of Jerry's fabulous tin retablos of San Miguel, one of Bart's favorite angels. Of course they had to take it home!

Too bad that Santo Niño was already sold! Wow! Gorgeous work, Jerry!
While touring the children's work, he met some new friends, Rachel and Irwin, visiting from LA. Bart loves meeting nice people in Santa Fe!

Next stop was Felipe Rivera's booth. Bart had interviewed Felipe, and they became instant friends. Naturally, he headed right to one of Felipe's new images of Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. It didn't take much prodding to convince his escort she needed that ring on her finger. Stunning work, Felipe!

On the way out of town, Bart decided to stop by and see his good friend, Roy Flynn of Boots and Boogie. The best shop in Santa Fe----make that the world!---for boots! He's still trying to convince Roy to carry two pairs in size -1 XXXXXX Small of the incredible Our Lady of Guadalupe boots Roy has in his shop. Happily, Roy is almost convinced!

Roy and Bart greet each other with a High 10, and Bart settles in for some loving. Read more about Roy and Boots and Boogie on the Who's That With Bart Now interview page.

More fun for Bart in Santa Fe this week! Dressed in his Mexican hat, Bart headed out Friday night
to attend the opening party of Angel Wynne's exhibit at 7 Arts Gallery. What fun!

Bart met his old buddy, Angel Wynne and posed in front of her fabulous art. Drop in to see the exhibit at 7 Arts Gallery on 125 Lincoln Ave. in town!
Bart met lots of new friends at the opening. Here he is with Marci Rose.
He also met up with his friend, Linda Dodds. They make such a beautiful couple being serenaded, don't you think!
After the opening, Bart was still in a party mood, so headed to The Plaza to hear the music. Bonus! The classic car show surrounded The Plaza!

Lots to see!
Bart walked around to find his perfect ride....
...and settled on this one! Good taste, Bart!
Later his second escort, Robert, shared his favorite with Bart.
Then a walk around The Plaza while the music and dancing and a typical Santa Fe party went on through the night. He met some other celebrity dogs enjoying the music.
There was even a pug reunion going on!
And what could be more perfect? A rainbow appeared as a backdrop to the party. More magical Santa Fe!
